End of Season Activity Cookout
Greene County Park and Recreation had their end of the season activity cookout on Saturday, November 20, 2010, at the Eutaw City Park. The turnout was extremely nice. The youths had a wonderful time.
They were served grilled hotdogs and hamburgers, baked beans and potato salad. The youths also had a variety of activities that they participated in at the cookout, such as football, kickball and horseback riding.
At the end of the day the coaches gave the youths certificates to show their appreciation for their hard work and dedication during the season. Our cheerleaders were also given certificates for their dedication to the team. Overall, we had a wonderful time.
PARA would like to thank all the parents who let their children participate in this event and all the other PARA activities that they have participated in during this season.
